We don't have any children, joint leases, utilities, or mortgages. Could

We are almost ready to file AOS (came here on a K-3 and am here a little
over a year).
1. Can anyone tell me if a medical is needed before I file the paperwork

I entered on H1b, only did the 3 years then didnt renew the other 3
because my attorney figured i wouldnt need it as i had a AOS application
going. Now if my AOS application is unsuccessful can i apply for a new
H1 through my company?

Just wondering how things are going because the processing dates online
still says October 2001 although all the timelines I found by searching
were from 2002 or later and got interview and were successful already.

Hello I have been dating my boyfriend for about a year now and his visa

I received my Permanent Resident Card about a month ago. I was delighted
because it is a unconditional card valid for 10 years. Yippee.
