My Fiancee is a student in the UK (She is a USC) and does not meet the threshold for acting as the Affidavit of Support. Her mother kindly agreed and completed the I-134 and sent it over to the UK. My question is does my fiancee need to fill out a seperate form herself

We don't have any children, joint leases, utilities, or mortgages. Could this be a problem? We do have joint bank accounts and could probably get affidavits. What other evidence could we use?

I entered on H1b, only did the 3 years then didnt renew the other 3 because my attorney figured i wouldnt need it as i had a AOS application going. Now if my AOS application is unsuccessful can i apply for a new H1 through my company?
