On June 5th my attorney mailed I-130, I-765, I-485, on June 20th I had
received 2 NOA for I-765 and I-485, The next step they want me to do is
call the USCIS  to schedule an appointment for my Biometrics and
fingerprints. WOW. My appointment is on August 9th, so guys you are so

OK, more irritating news from USCIS.
I brought my wife over here on a K1 in November and we married in
January.  Her I-94 expired in February but we did not think it
mattered.  We sent in her an I-485 and a few weeks later, separately,

I have an infopass appointment made a month ago because my I-751 had
not been processed in almost a year.   Today, I received a Notice of
Removal of Conditional basis... so my I-751 was approved without
interview. Yeah!

Good news! My future in-laws in Pakistan received their K-1 fiance
visas!  They had their interviews on June 16th & 17th.  My brother and
sister are really excited and we are planning a double wedding here in
