finally i reached here to be with my wife :).
i got a visa at the port of entry for 1 year.  In one of the papers it
says we have to ask the autohories for removal of condition before 90
days after our second anniversary or will face deportation can any one

Hi everyone, I've been looking at this forum for a while... nice job...
it helped me a lot trough my 4 years in the US as a student and then as
a resident.
My scenario is the following. I married my wife in July 2004 after we

we just had our AOS interview in MEMPHIS ON JULY 27  and we were
approved on the spot. The officer said that i will get the perminent
resident card ( 3 years marriage) and i should get in about 4 weeks but
they did not stamp ont the passport. He was so nice and polite. I had

I have received a welcome letter notice today from the department of
homeland security stating that i will have my perminent resident card
(ir6) which will expire for 10 years in 3 weeks.  Good luck for u all.

divorced, but USC is still willing to file joint I-751. Would USCIS know
that couple have been divorced even if it has not been disclosed?

I just went to check the status of our I-751 on the Nebraska Service
Center web site and when I entered our receipt number, it came back
saying it had no information about that number.  We filed last year
and were to have heard something by now.
