As i post i got second interview which is on nov 2, they just ask me about tax returns of 2004. i m wondering why they didnot ask me abt medical exam, i submitted one in last year during my first interview. I dont want that they send me home to get medical exam reports and come

simple question on I-864, section C--am I correct in assuming that if the sponsor is using their own income only to qualify, then the line at the bottom "Total Household Income" should not be filled in? Confusing as it is bolded...

Ok, now I'm honestly getting pissed off. I sent my file to Atlanta, from there it was sent to Chicago, from there it was sent to Texas, from there it was sent back to Chicago, and now this morning I got this email:

I e filed the EAD on 3rd September but when I printed out the application form and the confirmation sheet it had printed out my name wrongly i.e it contained my first name, maiden name, first name, married name. On top of that, the last page is indecipherable and to cap it all

My husband just got two letters - one for his AOS and the other for the EAD. Both have the same date for his biometrics. What happens after this? I'm assuming that he'll get his work authorization, but I'm not sure what will happen with his AOS.
