Got Letter For Interview But Didnt Ask For Medical Exam10 Oct 2005 16:30 GMT3
As i post i got second interview which is on nov 2, they just ask me
about tax returns of 2004. i m wondering why they didnot ask me abt
medical exam, i submitted one in last year during my first interview. I
dont want that they send me home to get medical exam reports and come

simple question on I-864, section C--am I correct in assuming that if
the sponsor is using their own income only to qualify, then the line at
the bottom "Total Household Income" should not be filled in?  Confusing
as it is bolded...

Ok, now I'm honestly getting pissed off. I sent my file to Atlanta,
from there it was sent to Chicago, from there it was sent to Texas,

I e filed the EAD on 3rd September but when I printed out the
application form and the confirmation sheet it had printed out my name
wrongly i.e it contained my first name, maiden name, first name, married

I have a question regarding buying property in the USA when entering as
a K1.  Although we havent started our K1 process yet I was wandering if
it is possible for me (UK citizen) to buy a property in my name only
when I arrive in the states after our marriage, and before the AOS.

I filed form I-751 nov 2004. received notice that my alien card has
been extended for one year and that i may contact the service center if
i hear not back within 11months.

Scenario:
a) a K1 is admitted to the US, marries USC within 90 days.
  b) AOS/EAD is filed after those 90 days (by over a year)
b) EAD approved

My husband just got two letters  - one for his AOS and the other for the
EAD.  Both have the same date for his biometrics.  What happens after
this?  I'm assuming that he'll get his work authorization, but I'm not
sure what will happen with his AOS.
