I didn't intentionally mislead the immigration (POE=Point Of Entry?) officer
at all - I very clearly stated that we were going to apply for the fiancee
visa ASAP and that we would marry ASAP - two things I have always had the

The appointment time on the letter was 7.55am, and it was to be held in
Downtown LA where we had gone previously for Ian's work authorization

I am on a L2 visa and had applied for an EAD at the Vermount Service
Center in later May 2005. I got an approval notice on Sep 23rd, 2005
stating that my EAD card is ready has been posted and I should get it
in 14 days.

my pending AOS with an officer. Due to a conflict, I need to cancel the
appointment, which would normally be no big deal if Infopass was
