As some of you may know my husband opted to reschedule his oath ceremony.
It was previously scheduled for Nov. 18.  We sent a letter asking for it to
be rescheduled (delivered Nov. 3). Today (Nov. 30) we received a letter that
says the following:

My I-751 was approved on 10/05 and on 10/18 I went to the Chicago
district office to get my 10 year GC processed.  I was given the stamp
for work/travel.  It has my A# and my new classification of "IF1"
instead of the "CF1" I had on my 2 year GC.  So far so good.

'new' system where your NOA says they will make you biometrics
appointment for you (rather than calling to schedule one as used to be

I reported the sham marriage of an ex-friend to the INS.  She entered

We've used a printed I-864 form (downloaded from USCIS website)
rather than the copy sent by the Consulate - made a stupid mistake on
the original.  As we live in the UK, the form is A4 size rather than

Hi, I am going to have a body exam next week for my green card. But I

probably genital wart. Will it effect my body exam? Shuld I cancel

What a drama I'm going through.  M & I married in march this year,

divorce is not final yet, she is tring to streach as much as she can
cause she is on my health insurance and she knows i will take her off

and still no card.  We called the 800 misinformation line a couple of weeks
