WOO HOO.....just got my card in the mail today! Everything is correct ( including the picture Steffi ) ;) My only gripe is that it's only for 2 years and not 10, even though we've been married for over 2 years now, but oh well, I'm just happy

Suppose the House bill becomes law, would the Adjustment of Status opportuniy for spouses and others vanish, due to being in the USA illegally being made a felony ? Thanks :)

Hello everyone, I have a question hope some one could help me with. My question is that when the fiancee(beneficiary) receive packet 3 and 4, does the petitioner also receive a letter stating that packet 3 and 4 is sent to the beneficiary? thank you

Hi, my hubby is refiling his AOS. We went to the Dr. today and he filled out the I-693 (we had filled out and brought copies with us to his office but he had some pre-printed forms with Dr's info on it so we used his).

I have a delicate situation, currently I'm on H1B and have applied for AOS, EAD this august 05 and am still waiting. Meanwhile, my current employer might go under and I want to transfer my H1 to another opportunity. Will this affect the EAD/AOS process ? what should I do ?
