My fiance(UKC) and I(USC) married while he was here (on vwp) in the US
for a
week in October.

My wife recently became a US citizen, while I have an AOS interview in
February next year.
We updated my AOS application by sending a copy of my wife's
naturilization letter and went to the DO thru info pass to renew my EAD

What is the difference between:
1. The fbi criminal background check
2. The background check
3. The name check

As you know, my family has been going through these K-1 fiance cases.  I

751, Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence
When letter of approval arrives, how much time does person have to make
appointment ?
Would there be a problem if applicant waited too long ? say a few

My wife is applying for U.S. Citizenship at end of January, and I was
wondering what supporting documents she needs to include with her
application.  Since she immigrated on a K-3, I believe the following

I-751 applicant and my USC wife has children from previous marriage. We
