Son's I-485 denied. VSC misled us. Need a good attorney.31 Jan 2006 22:57 GMT2
As most of you know, we have been through hell for the last three years,

he may have "aged-out" back in May of 2003 and recently Vermont
requested the file and said that they were going to sort it out for us,
AOS Denied31 Jan 2006 22:31 GMT22
I just received notification that my AOS was denied, due to abandonment.
Apparently they didn't receive the additional evidence I was supposed to

Today, surprisingly, the notice came for his fingerprint appointment.  I
expected that it would take much longer than that.
He goes to Louisville on Feb. 10th to have his prints done.

Pros/cons of taking an attorney to n400 interview?31 Jan 2006 03:52 GMT7
I filed my own N400, and I am wondering if I should take an attorney
