I have 2 questions regarding the I-864
1. My fiance recieves child support, can that be used towards
  calculating for the I-864?
2. Does the I-864 have to be filed with the AOS paperwork or is that
co-sponsor? or my husband sponsor me? plz suggestions28 Feb 2006 21:15 GMT5

We filed I-130/485/765 in Dec. 2005, Receipt Date Dec 6th, Notice Date
Dec 13th. I have not received a notice for a Biometric yet and no EAD.
I scheduled an Infopass appointment for March 14, which will be the
91st day since the Notice date.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows... we have our embassy interview a
week from Monday (in London), and I'm double-checking the list of
