I-485 Photo question, 2 or 3 photos?31 Mar 2006 21:12 GMT3
Hello, for the I-485 form do I need 2 photos or 3? I am confused because
I know for the G-325A ( which is part of the I-485) 1 photo is needed.
So do I need to send it 3 photos 2 for the I-485 form and 1 for
the G-325A?

I married an American citizen  (Oct 12), we filled for my green card
Jan 2003, had an interview Aug 8, 2005. The  officer was very rude
and she asked all the important question. My original passport with
my visa was stolen, i had a police report and my I 94 with me. I

I was told to send an "INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER" and the consular
officer put a "post-it" note on the forms saying "INTERNATIONAL MONEY

My husband's conditional green card will be expiring in March of 2007.
We are to apply for his 10 year green card not more than 90 days before
the expiration of the 2 year green card if I understand the process
correctly.

Interview in London tomorrow!
After all this time I am terrified I will have forgotten something, or

need a letter from my husband employer or are copies of his paystub okay

1) Other than the "Sealed envelope", the I-94 and Custom Declaration
form that is filled out on the flight to the US, and a passport with the
K-1 visa inside, is there any other documents my fiancee needs in hand
when she gets to immigration?

Ok, it's been 71 days since my notice date for my I-765.  And still no
letter for fingerprinting.  Should I make Infopass appointment now, or
wait until exactly 90 days?
