I Thought I would give you an update on my situation and also highlight
the puzzling nature of the USCIS. Whilst I appreciate being in the

i filed for I-751 jointly and i recived NOA on feb 4th 2004. i entered
this marriage in good faith but she filed for divorce which was
finalized in jul2004. my application is still pending and i dont know
what to excepct or if there anything i coould/should do at the moment.

Recived 1-797C Notic of Action dated 1-13-06 saying:  Your alien card

At least he told us it was, said my wife would get the GC in the mail in
2 -3 weeks, but no stamp in passport.  Anyone else had this experience?

Just wanted to thank people here for the advise and support. I was
approved for a conditional green card last week at the Dunn Loring
USCIS office.
