Has anyone here had any experience with USCIS cancelling your interview a week before you were supposed to appear for the appt? Also, how long after they cancelled your appt did you receive a new one? I am just really confused as to why mine was cancelled. My biometrics was complete

| Yay!! Got NOA from TSC for I-751! | 30 Apr 2006 22:07 GMT | 3 |
Woo hoo!! Got my Notice of Action for filing my removal of conditions form on Friday. It took two weeks for me to get it, which seems about the norm for TSC. It's dated the day they received my application, so that was cool, and it also states that my GC is extended for 12 months.

| Children's income | 30 Apr 2006 21:56 GMT | 11 |
My income would be enough to sponsor my wife, if we didn't have children. But we have children, and my income alone is not enough. But the children have their own income, which is more than enough to support them, and puts our total household income well above the 125%

| K-1 "Administrative Review" at the NVC? | 28 Apr 2006 21:06 GMT | 2 |
Our K-1 visa application was approved at the USCIS on March 21st (about 5 weeks ago), and has been at the NVC ever since. When I call and talk to the operators there, they tell me that the case is still in "administrative review" and is still going through the normal "post

I have been researching this question for a while now, including reading a lot of postings in this group, and I just don't get it. Maybe the great minds of this group would be willing to explain this to me?
