So we went to our AOS interview yesterday - all in all the whole thing
lasted about 10 minutes!  She looked at our photos, asked how we met,
asked me what my job is and about our co-sponsor, asked for any proof
that we were living together (gave her the lease and an electricity

I have my interview for my IV few days ago, the lady was nice and spent

lot of pictures and evidences of my and my wife's marriage.
Then she said, I don't see any problem but I need you to send me your
How to proceed?21 May 2006 03:14 GMT24
My wife and myself wants her to get work rights/permanent residence in
the USA (I am an American Citizen). Her consulate would be Sydney which
allows DCF, however she has an entry ban until mid-July. We could get
around it, but by the time we do it would be over anyway, so we ...
Photo styles for new green card20 May 2006 23:45 GMT1
My I-751 was approved and I made an appointment for the end of the
month at Baltimore.  On the approval letter, it says to take 3
photos in the same style as my current green card (which is 3/4
style).  However, according to this link (as it stands on 5/20/06):

More about rescheduling..20 May 2006 17:18 GMT1
I posted questions last month about rescheduling the biometrics

Marriage either way...20 May 2006 07:38 GMT15
I need a little guidance here!
I have been in the US for four months and I am going back to Canada in 2
1/2 weeks.  I came down with my Fiance (a US citizen) and am getting
married next weekend.  I understand (and have done much research)  that
Punishment for working on VWP20 May 2006 04:57 GMT4
This is theoretical.  If a DJ from a VWP country came to the US and had
a few paying gigs, this would be illegal.  If ICE found out about this,
what sort of bans would apply.  I am assuming this person left the US
and any ban would happen when they tried to come back.  Thanks
