I have sumitted a medical examination form along with I-485 and I-130 more than two years ago, and I just got my I-485 interview letter. On the letter, the medical examinition form ( I-693) is the one of items that I need to bring to the interview( unless already submitted)

This is theoretical. If a DJ from a VWP country came to the US and had a few paying gigs, this would be illegal. If ICE found out about this, what sort of bans would apply. I am assuming this person left the US and any ban would happen when they tried to come back. Thanks
