Arrest from non-paid traffic violation and naturalization30 Jun 2006 21:23 GMT3
I have a question with respect to arrests from traffic violations.
Would it jeopardize your naturalization, if:
1. Arrest for an outstanding traffic warrant ( Failure to pay fine ).
Bail posted, fine paid. No criminal conviction.

It has been a few weeks since I posted so I thought I would update all
the helpful people here.
My wife got her Green Card in May. We didn't have to go in for an
iterview either.

Hello Everybody,
I just wanted to let you know that my NEW green card just got here today. The
whole procces has been pretty smooth from the Application of the I-751 to
today when i got my new card.

I got a letter from the BCIS saying that I got approved, and that all I
need to do is to go down to the local BCIS office (SF) to get my
passport stamped, and get the new 10-year PR card. They didn't talk
about setting up an appointment, nor did they talk about office hours.

Yay! I got the good news today that my request for removal of conditions
(I-751) was approved. It took almost exactly 6 months since I submitted
the paperwork (Vermont). I already scheduled an Infopass for July 13th

I have applied for a fiancee visa and now I am waiting for the
interview.  It said it would take from 3-12 weeks after they received
the checklist.  Can anyone know if it will really take as long as 12
weeks?  Last time when I called them they told me the interview will be

Does anybody know if minor traffic tickets for which
you paid a fine and took a traffic school need to be

Does anyone know if there are any problems with entering the US (to

The wife and I just had our AOS interview this morning. Our office is
in Idaho Falls, which trust me, is a dead office. We simply brought
what our letter had told us, answered only when asked and didn't
