GC holder marrying F-1 visa holder...05 Jun 2006 05:46 GMT2

F-1 ( Foreign Student ) visa holder.  In other words, if both get married in
the U.S. while F-1 is studying, does this F-1 visa holder need to ever

My wife (USC) and I just got married yesterday! We got a certified copy

K3 Visa and Moral Turpitude05 Jun 2006 02:25 GMT6
If my lady friend comes to Australia and we marry here, will possible
long past convictions that may be considered to have elements of moral
turpitude(burglary/receiving stolen goods, assault with a weapon [1982,
1991 respectively]) be a problem for us?

I've just received 6 emails (three for myself and three for my little

I'm about to send in the checklist and documents to the NVC for my

1) How successful am I likely to be at requesting an interview date? I
London Interview03 Jun 2006 23:56 GMT3
I interviewed for K4 and K4 in London this week.  Two things
surprised me.
(a) I was not asked for previous marriage certificates, although the
embassy material definately asks that I provide them; and
