i485 petition.  I presume that means my status has been changed to a LPR

I was reading the new rules for the I864 on the USCIS website, and they
are bringing out some new forms, the I864W and the I864EZ. It states
there, that the new rule applies to all applications decided on or after
July 21, even if filed before that.
