AOS from VWP through DORA: My story22 Jun 2006 03:41 GMT14
I posted way last year under a different name. I can't even remember
under what name now thus why I created another account. At that time I

constructive suggestions. I have come to realise that this topic is not

Social Security ups and downs21 Jun 2006 15:54 GMT26
Since I discovered it was permissible for me (the USC) to go to social
security and apply for a new card (to remove the work-authorization

How long to receive GC after I-751 @ VSC / Boston20 Jun 2006 16:01 GMT4
After my I-751 approval @ VSC, I went in to the Boston office on May 8
to submit photos for my 10 year GC. The officer told me that I would
receive my GC in 6 months, but I received my conditional GC 2 weeks
after my AOS interview and some other posters here have had similarly
Advice in my local paper for 10-year ban20 Jun 2006 03:38 GMT11
In my local paper there is an Immigration Q&A every Sunday. THe guy who
writes the column doesn't ever offer his own advice, and I sometimes

PISSED! I cannot believe an attorney would be saying stuff like this.
I-751 Processing Timeline Nebraska NSC ..19 Jun 2006 16:56 GMT12
Just wanted to see if anyone has got any approvals as of late from NSC
for their pending I-751?
I notice that the timeline was moving fast for people from filing dates
2005 - up till Jan2006, but the processing time seems slow now.

My family and I have immigrant visas in readiness for moving to the
