If someone has a Temporary Green Card and they have lost it and they leave the USA, can they return without it? Can they say they lost it and Immigration will let them back into the USA at POE?

8 years ago a friend married a USC by AOS and was given a GC, 2 years later she returned to the UK hoping that her spouse would come and live over in the UK away from his too close family. This didn't happen and the USC spouse divorced her a year later.

Just curious what might happen to an alien with LPR status, who has been arrested on a charge of buying/selling marijuana (not possession). I suppose it depends on whether he is actually convicted, and of what, right? Do you suppose he'll be deported?

Well, today was the day, I headed off downtown for my 7 a.m. InfoPass appointment . I went in on time and I was seen on time. The Immigration Officer asked me why I was there and I told her that I was trying to find out what was happening with my I-751.
