My wife and I recently moved from Florida to Denver. Before the move I
submitted my I-751 and received a receipt notice saying my alien card
had been extended 12 months. We then moved and I submitted the AR-11

Can anyone tell me who files the I-601 waiver? If the USC, do they file
it at same time as the I-130 or I-29f ? Or does the beneficiary file it
at time (or after) visa is denied?

OK, talk about procastination on my part. I have the AOS interview for a
K-3 tomorrow, and am just putting together the necessary papers. I have
two questions and one worry.
We have an approved I-130, and the AOS was started before my K-3 expired

 I sent out the additional information requested for our I751 petition
to the VSC on 6/5. It was received on 6/7.  Does anyone have an idea
about how long it takes VSC to approve? The RFE said 14 to 60 days.  I

I filed my I-751 last year with a receipt date of June 30th and the
letter said 330 days to process after which you can contact this

Asked this question before. and read through the replies and many
others' post as well. many mentioned "Too much avidence" and "too
few" evidence.
Any idea how much is too much and how little is too little?

I am a US citizen and I married an Egyptian man last year in May.  And
emotionally, I am a bag of broken goods inside.  By this I mean that I
have feelings and I was sure of those emotions last year but now I do
not know what to make of them.  The reason being due to all this "Visa"
