My husband had his AOS interview today in San Bernardino, we were told
that his file is approvable but there was administrative stuff to be
done still. We were given a notice that tells why our application is
still pending, to inquire on the case via infopass if we do not recieve

I have some questions regarding to the FBI name check.
My wife and I married in 2005. I had my fingerprints taken in Dec.05,

My wife is applying for US naturalization based on marriage (3 Year
residency) and in the past 3 years, SHE NEVER LEFT THE US.

Hi, Everyone. I have a question.
I did fingerprints two months ago and got letter for initial interview
for in the middle of next month.  So there is 2 month and half between
the fingerprint to interview.

Since USCIS didn't accept my wife's passport for proof of birth for her
AOS we received an RFE. According to the RFE she has to provide a copy of
her birth certificate by August 12th. Her relatives in Costa Rica have
made 2 attempts to send a copy to us but we still haven't received ...
