My man in the UK has been hearing that he needs to have so much money in his bank account before he moves over. I knew that I'd have to show my income and show that I was above the poverty level, but does he have to have a certain amount. Do I need to have a certain amount?

I was mislead by some stupid DHS staff, she told me that the Advance parole could be sent to the embassy in Shanghai. that;s how I left US without it. NOw I can not go for my student visa either ,even though I am still a ph.d student in the States . the only option seems that ...

I sent the check list to the U.S Consulate in Montreal in early June. I am still waiting for the interview. How long will the interview be scheduled normally? I called and they said somewhere between 3 to 12 weeks. Can anyone know more exactly when my interview be?
