I have a question about the items needed for AOS interview. My
interview is coming up next Monday and to be honest, I am totally not
prepared. I just came back from my hometown in Asia yesterday because
my mom was seriously sick. Another reason that I am not prepared is

I'm not 100% sure if I'm posting this in the right bit but here goes.
My fiance and I are planning to marry in the UK sometime next year. I am
a UK citizen and my fiance is a US citizen.

I sent the check list to the U.S Consulate in Montreal in early June.
I am still waiting for the interview.  How long will the interview be
scheduled normally?  I called and they said somewhere between 3 to 12

1. Should my first form behind my cover letter be the I-130 or I-485?
