What info. should the cover letter contain? Is there anything specific
that I need to write? i.e. NEW APPLICATION.  Also, what should I use to
mail my AOS application? One huge envelope with a clip holding
everything in place?

How true is that some DO will not issue interim EAD even  after 90 days
(minus the days waiting for Biometric) of the submission of I-765
is it possible to get interim EAD beofre 90 days in anticipation of
closure of this practice in the very near future

I just called 800 number and they can't process my AOS case because my
biometrics were expired. The customer service rep said that I'll receive
a new appointment letter soon.
