Stupid question time. Filed for removal of conditions back in April of this year with Nebraska. Had paperwork, pics and $205 cheque sent back with a letter stating an error had been made when I received my greencard back in July

I am filing N-400 for our 20 years old daughter. I am trying to make her application as complete as possible, but this application, comparing to mine (I naturalized through marriage so I submitted a whole bunch of "marriage- related" documents) seems so...how do I put it..thin...:)

Does anyone know why the Texas Service Center (TSC) does not show processing date for i-130 cases for spouses of US citizens? Is TSC forwarding i-130 spouse applications somewhere else? Which processing dates should I check if I applied to Texas Service Center?

I was lucky to have my GC approved on March 06. 2006. The problem is that I never got it. I did update my address with immigration in January and they even sent me a finger print appointment to the new address. So I thought I was ok.

I've been to http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffices/alphao.htm#anchorOHIO looking to see where I should send in my forms and all. It says for Oklahoma the District is Dallas, TX, but the Sub office is Oklahoma

My wife was barred for 5 years from the US in Dec 2002 (Section 235(b)(1). We applied for the I-212 twice but both times we were denied. I received my US citizenship June 2006, and I was planning to apply for a K3 Visa for my wife.
