We got the K1 visa.  She arrived on April 12th.  We got married June

I am filing N-400 for our 20 years old daughter. I am trying to make her

I-130 for spouse at Texas Service Center not showing06 Jul 2006 13:55 GMT1
Does anyone know why the Texas Service Center (TSC) does not show
processing date for i-130 cases for spouses of US citizens?
Is TSC forwarding i-130 spouse applications somewhere else?  Which
processing dates should I check if I applied to Texas Service Center?

You guys have been of immense help for me in obtaining my temporary

wife left me. It was barely a month after my receiving of the temporary
card. She moved back to her parent's place demanding for divorce. I

I was lucky to have my GC approved on March 06. 2006. The problem is
that I never got it. I did update my address with immigration in
January and they even sent me a finger print appointment to the new
address. So I thought I was ok.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about why it is taking so long for my husband to get his Green Card.  We had our INS interview 3 years ago and the interviewer hardly asked any questions.  He only asked how we met, how long we had been married and if we lived together.  ...
