I'm a B2 filing for AOS, and I'm aware of the potential "dual intent"

Foreign National marrying a Green Card Holder27 Jul 2006 02:27 GMT9
I'm a Canadian citizen. I do not have a green card and I am not a US

Anyone whose I-751 got denied?26 Jul 2006 19:33 GMT6
It seems like whoever applies to I-751 gets approved with or without an

message boards like here and heard about maybe a hundred cases but I've
never heard of a case that results in denial of the application. What ...

Much appreciated.

VWP if possible or DCF?26 Jul 2006 07:46 GMT14
I am an American Citizen, and am currently residing in Australia. I
want to know what my options are for bringing my wife into the United
States with me. The reason for this posting is singular: money. I know
what the "best" route is, but I simply doubt I can afford it.
