Hello and thank you in advance.  I need to know where to find the form
to ask for a replacement I-94 card.  My husband has lost his.  Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

My husband lost his I-94 and we need to get the I-94 replaccement form
that cost $160. Does anyone know where to find this form? We really need

My I-751 was finally approved without interview after 12 1/2 months!
I've got an InfoPass appointment for Wednesday. The only strange thing
is that it says to bring" 3 recent photographs of the same type as on
your present alien card"  I thought it had all switched to passport

only the fillable form part?

Hi, I received a letter today from the USCIS stating that my I-485 had
been denied as I did not turn up for an interview on the 20th of JUNE. I
did NOT recieve any letters informing me of the interview, and have
checked on the USCIS website (where I also have the Email notification
