Quick question for I-864. Section 25 asks for "Federal income tax return

   Citizen.  After she recieves her 10yr Green Card we would like to live
   in BOTH countries.  6 months in China then 6 months in

I didn't see this on the old I-864, but the new states that "Any
intending immigrant who has earned or can be creditedwith 40 qualifying
quarters (credits) of work in the UnitedStates" does not have to file
the I-864.

Do I need to file a seperate G-325a form for the I-130 and I-485 or is
it ok to simply file one 4 sheet G-325a form to cover both? Hope that
makes sense!

My friend has been a perment resdence for 30 plus years and thought his
green card expired dec of this year ,but apoun looking found it was
expired last year and is now 7 months expired  . so what can be done to

Hi, I got married last March to my American girlfriend.  Our papers for
AOS, EAD, and etc. was receive-stamped June 20, 2006.  I have 2 minor
daughters which was filed for AOS at the same time.  We had our
biometrics (me and my 2 daughters) at the same time just last week.

I am on an H-1b and applied for family based green card through my
husband who is a USC. I have received 797 receipt notices for 130, 485,
131 and 765. If I resign my current job and my employer cancels my H-1b,
