I filed my daughter's and my I-485 Adjustment of Status in Vermont on
June 12.  (My VAWA petition was approved in April).  It took almost
three weeks to get a receipt with a case number but then a week later I
received a letter with my bio-metrics appointment for last week in

   My wife is a Chinese Citizen and has her 2yr Green Card.  I am a U.S.
   Citizen.  After she recieves her 10yr Green Card we would like to live
   in BOTH countries.  6 months in China then 6 months in

I didn't see this on the old I-864, but the new states that "Any
intending immigrant who has earned or can be creditedwith 40 qualifying
quarters (credits) of work in the UnitedStates" does not have to file
the I-864.

Do I need to file a seperate G-325a form for the I-130 and I-485 or is
it ok to simply file one 4 sheet G-325a form to cover both? Hope that
makes sense!
