So as I fill out my N400 I come across the question about illegal gambling and just check NO. But then I start to think about it, I enter all the superbowl squares and march madness sweeps in work every year, so would this mean I would have to check YES?!

hi, We have an appointment at the London consulate for an interview for my husband to get marriage-based visa. Does anyone know if they will need to retain his passport? I only have my UK experience to go by and they add a stamp to the passport immediately.

I know that photos for I-751 must be passport size, but what about the background, can it be little gray or it has to be absolutely white? we took photos, but the background is kind of gray, and someone told us that it has to be white.
