My daughter got her American Passport in mail from the State Department. When we were sending all necessary dox we included her GC of course. The American Passport arrived, and the GC came back. Is it a mistake?

Went to Memphis June 13 was in less then 4 minutes the guy swore us in, asked three questions. Said ever thing was ok but still waiting on my name check GC would be posted after that, also said they had a number of name check delays.
