Hi, I am currently with my husband in canada, but I have a job waiting for me upon my (hopeful) return to US, with husband in tow (we are doing CR-1). I called and they said they would provide a letter stating I'll have this job waiting for me when I get back.

I realize that if I marry a UK spouse, I would be eligible for FLR in two years, but with a spouse from the EU (living in UK),it will take me FIVE years to gain FLR. Does this mean that I would need to wait five years to apply for DCF to get my EEA spouse legal into the US?

We lived in CT when we filled out & sent I751 form to Vermon Service Center in June 2006. On June 15, 2006 we received a letter from USCIS stating that they got our application, and that my alien card was extended for 1 year.
