Can i travel abroad with an expired conditional GC with a pending
I-751?  My conditional GC expired July 31st, 2005.  I have an I-751
notice receipt; but until now, i do not have any clue what is going on
with it.  Notice receipt says: extended for one year only.

2005, I filed soon after that for the waiver, and the 90 days window

GC to arrive due to the name check. I am curious... can I file my I-751
within 90 days before Oct 15, 2007? Or I will have to file it 2 years
after I reveive the GC?
