Can i travel abroad with an expired conditional GC with a pending I-751? My conditional GC expired July 31st, 2005. I have an I-751 notice receipt; but until now, i do not have any clue what is going on with it. Notice receipt says: extended for one year only.

I have my I-751 waiver interview coming up. My divorce was in October 2005, I filed soon after that for the waiver, and the 90 days window does not start till January. The problem is I met the officer, and he seems to think that one cannot file the waiver for I-751 before the 90

I am in Newjersey on L1 and my wife here on L2 and we are planning apply for EAD for my wife in new jersey. But we don't have any idea how to apply or where to apply. I would appreciate helping me if anybody had experiance on this.

I got married to a USC on Oct 15, 2005, but I am still waiting for my GC to arrive due to the name check. I am curious... can I file my I-751 within 90 days before Oct 15, 2007? Or I will have to file it 2 years after I reveive the GC?
