Anybody in my situation, when did you guys get your EAD cards after
approval notice? (website)?
I've been approved July 28

Hello there all
I got approved after sending more evidence for my case and i was
approved on July 28th. I will be receiving the notice in few days
(hopefully).

I just had my AOS interview this morning at the L.A. office.  There was
a 45 minute wait and my spouse and i were interviewed at the counter.
After some questions regarding my previously denied AOS application
from 10 years ago, my voluntary departure notice, and my 16-year old

My wife's green card is due to expire end of Aug 2006. She is currently
back in Singapore, supposed for a vacation but her dad's illness took a
turn for the worst and passed away two weeks ago. She needs to take care
of funeral and estate affairs and hence we are wondering if:

I am a permanent resident and would like to travel the outside of U.S
for two weeks.
Are there any other immigration documents except a greencard and a
passport that I need to carry with me while I am traveling ?

i just married my wife and sent all the documents, then they ask for
some evidence of the mirriage i sent everything but i forgot to send
the i-864 the affidavit support, then they sent me a letter saying that
i was inadmissible here then i sewnnt a motion to reopne the case i

Can anyone please tell me what it means if you dates change on the
USCIS website where you put in your reciept # an it "supposedly" is
updated.  Mine was last updated as of the date of my interview an it
has now changed to yesterday's date but still says the same thing other

i am a USC. my fiancee is from the philippines and she is currently in
the US on a b2 visa. does anyone know whick course would be the fastest?

Hi gang --
I finally got my 10 year GC last month (I-485 filed Sep 03 after
marriage to USC).   Here's a little fyi about the wait between the AOS
interview and the date the actual card arrived.

I tried to check the status of my case online and then over the phone
and the system couldn't recognize the receipt number. Does anyone know
when the USCIS enter such number on the system? My notice is dated July
27, 2006. Is it to early for any information to appear on the website?
