Does anyone know what is happening with I-751 applications?  They
seem to have disappeared from the timeline posted on the uscis

I filed 2 I-130 Petitions. One for my father and another one for my mother.
USCIS sent me an approval notice saying it is approved and that the file is
being sent to the National Visa Center.

Hi -- in relation to the I-485: what I have here is  an "Extract
issued in pursuance of the convention signed at Vienna on Sept.
8. 1976", issued by the town where I was born, stating that I was born

I was following the processing dates for I751 at NSC, till last month it
was showing something close to March 2006 and today it says 12/03/05 ,
is this possible or are they processing old applications now.

The married will be less than 2 years at filing.... so should I do a K3 visa
(non-immigrant) for my soon to be spouse or should I do CR1/IR1 visa
(immigrant) processing?
The foreign spouse is in Indonesia, and the USC lives in the US.

Ok, I finally sent in my N-400. Now I am studying for the civics test.
I have found a list of 96 questions as well as ~100 sentences that they
are testing you on. Is that really all they will ask or is it possible
they might ask other questions, too. I know of someone who couldn't

I forgot to file the I-865 when we moved last year.  I did file the
AR-11 for my husband, though.  What do I do?  Just file with the move
date of last year and hope they just say whoops??

Hi -- if the sponsoring spouses' salary is above the povery line (say by
about 50%) is it still advisable to enter also the applicant's salary in
line 24b, or it really makes no difference? Also, if only one salary is
entered then what is one supposed to  enter in line 25 if taxes ...

I'm a USC and my fiance (a nurse) is currently working with an EAD from
her AOS application through her work.
Her AOS was recently denied.  It was her second application and by the

After 4 years wait, I don't have any feeling now. What now? Do I need to
schedule infopass to have my picture taken for green card? we cannot do
passport stamp (i-559) now right? need to go home to visit my parents

How Soon to Renew an EAD?28 Aug 2006 17:17 GMT3
My husband had his AOS interview in March 2006 and since then we have
been waiting for his Green Card. He current EAD and Advance Parole is
about to expire in Feb2007. My question is how soon should we apply for
renewal of EAD and Advance Parole? USCIS site says atleast 100 days
