My story is little bit long but it might be informational to the people

G-325a confusion for DCF14 Aug 2006 21:23 GMT4

N-400 & Photo Requirements14 Aug 2006 17:11 GMT6
Some of the older documents say that no eyeglasses should be worn for
the 2 pictures that have to be submitted with the N-400. This includes
instructions in the, it seems to me, outdated "Guide to Naturalization"
that is on USCIS' website (1st page of "Document Checklist").
N-400: Explanations of Affiliations14 Aug 2006 08:27 GMT3
Part 10 of N-400 says "If you answer "Yes" to any of these questions,
include a written explanation with this form". Under question 8.b I
mentioned the following 1. Boy Scout, 2. Rifle Association and 3.
Mandatory military service. What kind of explanation do you write for

Petitioner Name change and K3 Visa13 Aug 2006 14:59 GMT8
Here is the scenario: My wife had her passport before I became US
citizen. As it is the case in Bangladesh passport, she has a field in
her passport that says Father's/Husband's name (for married girl its
husband and for everyone else its father). So, she has my name there.

How to assembly the I-751 package?12 Aug 2006 22:06 GMT2
We're almost done with our supporting docs. Here goes another headache-
how to assembly the papers? I know the USCIS advises Acco fasteners and
2 punch holes on the top. Does it mean that the application itself have
to be 2 punch holed?
See if you can wrap your mind around this12 Aug 2006 21:12 GMT6
