My Fiancée (natural born American) and I (Natural born Brit) have just started filling out forms to obtain a K-1 Visa with hopes to having a June wedding in the US (although I do remind her that this process take an indefinite amount of time :)

Some of the older documents say that no eyeglasses should be worn for the 2 pictures that have to be submitted with the N-400. This includes instructions in the, it seems to me, outdated "Guide to Naturalization" that is on USCIS' website (1st page of "Document Checklist").

Here is the scenario: My wife had her passport before I became US citizen. As it is the case in Bangladesh passport, she has a field in her passport that says Father's/Husband's name (for married girl its husband and for everyone else its father). So, she has my name there.

We're almost done with our supporting docs. Here goes another headache- how to assembly the papers? I know the USCIS advises Acco fasteners and 2 punch holes on the top. Does it mean that the application itself have to be 2 punch holed?
