I married my USC husband in March. At that time I worked in another
state and I went to my husband's place during the weekend.  Two month
ago I quit my permanent job, moved to my husband place and lived

Phoenix office. It took just over three months from initial filing of the
N400 to approval. Not too bad at all!  Now I have only to wait for the oath
ceremony and the journey is over :-)

Hey all, quick question for you.
The I-751 was approved, got the letter 08/23, made an infopass
appointment in Philly to get the stamp in the passport and bring in the
extra 3 passport photo's they ask for on  09/06, am I right in thinking

before i even post anything on here, I must say that the depth of

Now that my wife has her 10 year card I'm curious about how long should
I keep all the forms and "evidence" that we used. I have everything all
the way back to her K-1. Is there a valid reason to keep all this? If
so, how long?

In 2002 2003, I was engaged to another man. He submitted a petition for
alien fiancée for me (I 129F). It was approved and we got as far as
scheduling my interview at the Consulate in Belgium. We then broke up
and havent talked since.

         I am working on H1 and my i-485 is pending. My wife came to US on 1st Sep, 2006 on h4 visa which is valid till March 2007.
   Our marriage happend in India on June 6th, 2006.
   Now on Sep 1st only, I got an email from INS that they have approved my I-485

I am sure these questions are stupid but I am paranoid that I will fill
forms in wrong. I want to make sure that everything is filled in
correctly before I send them off.
I know that we need to fill in an G325A for both me (the alien fiancee)

My US fiancee and I are just preparing to submit for a I-129F via
Vermont and just watched in dismay as current processing start dates
have slipped back to 6+ months, Feb 2006.
Are these times worst case scenarios or might we fare better than

Can her mother apply for permanent residence in the U.S. while she is
here without adjusting status.  She plans on returning to her home
country before her interview and does not want to do the process within
the u.s. (wants to be home for xmas).

i went for my interview few days ago and on e of the reqrment by the
adjudicator was that i have to file an i601
my case is kinda unique becse i had a removal or deportation case and
this was rescinded by the immigration judge on my
