EAD and Atlanta?24 Sep 2006 19:10 GMT3
Finally received notice that the EAD has been approved and ordered.
Anyone else just recently received their EAD? How long baring going thru
the postal service does it take for them to go out and be received.
I never received Hubby's I-130 approval nor was his case status updated
Silly question, I-75124 Sep 2006 18:37 GMT13
Soon it will be time for Mr. Pink and I to submit the I-751 to remove
his conditions.  I have a question regarding the portion of the form
where it asks you to list "Information about your children.  List all
your children."
Filed fiance visa can he still come visit?24 Sep 2006 17:37 GMT3
Hey folks.  Me (US)and my man(UK) are gathering all the paperwork to
send in to apply for the fiance visa.  Since it will take so long for
it to come thru (hopefully approved!) we definitely want to see each
other again, like around Christmas or something.  I had read somewhere
Conditional Permenant Resident24 Sep 2006 15:23 GMT1
I got married to USC on July 15, 2005. I had my interview on June 21,
2006. The case is pending due to FBI name check. Do I get conditional
permenant resident if I get approved after July 15, 2007.

2nd interview24 Sep 2006 05:13 GMT3
My wife and I had our first interview last February and we had a lot of
documentation. The green card has not come yet. Apparently USCIS  is
waiting for my background check to be completed and my work
authorization is already expired.
Social Security Number & Green Card24 Sep 2006 03:39 GMT7
I originally got my social security card when I had an EAD and it says
on it Valid for Work Only with INS Authorisation.
Do I need to go in and tell them that I now have my green card?
I work for myself so I don't have an employer that's going to question

I-751 More Evidence via I-79724 Sep 2006 02:37 GMT7
I have applied for permanent residence using I-751.  and have just I-797

requested is the same evidence that I have already submitted - bills,
insurance details, tax returns, and sworn affidavits by friends.
Now this is just plain wierd :-)23 Sep 2006 18:07 GMT6
With a mere 7 days until my naturalisation ceremony what's waiting for me
when I get home tonight? Nothing less than a summons to Jury Duty (Phoenix).
I can't return the form for a week though; if I claim not to be a citizen
that'll be incorrect a week from now; if I claim to be a ...
I-797C ... initial interview ? (for I-485)23 Sep 2006 17:13 GMT3
I just got this notice of action.  What is an "initial interview".  I
know it's an interview but are there a whole string of them?
I'm doing an AOS from a K-3.   I already did my biometrics a couple of
weeks ago.
Just front of I-94... forgot to copy the back part23 Sep 2006 05:40 GMT1
I filled all the forms myself and now I realize that I just sent a copy
of the front part of the I-94, I forgot to copy the back part. So I
understand I'll probably receive an RFE in the future. Is there any way
that, after having my case #, I could send this information without
Check or money orders?23 Sep 2006 01:40 GMT6
From what I've been reading everybody sends checks to pay the fees and
not money orders... is it because people like to see when the check is
cashed? Or are there any other reasons?
Thank you,
Service Center/District Office22 Sep 2006 23:01 GMT5
Just a quick question if you don't mind. I'm not sure where my case is
being processed. My interview is at the Santa Ana, CA District Office,
but is the case being processed there or Los Angeles?
Sorry for being a dimwit!
