I-751 was sent to CA SVC CENTER on Setp 1, 2006, check was cashed on Sept 12, 2006. Case number WAC********** printed on the check and can't find case status online. System said invalid case number. Anyone know why system did not recognize the case number written on the cancelled

Hi All - I meant to file I-485 & I-130 concurrently and misread the instructions. Instead of sending both forms to the Chicago Office, I only sent the I-485 to Chicago and the I-130 to Texas. My I-485 was rejected and I now have to wait to receive my I-130 approval notice

I know this has been discussed before, but after doing a lot of searching and reading, I still feel a bit confused. My husband and I were married during the 90 days after he arrived on his K-1. His I-94 expired on 8/26/06. We filed his AOS and it was received on 8/24/06.

We sent out K-1 application to Texas 5 weeks ago today and we still have not had our NOA1. They have not cashed the check, but the USPS said it was delivered on the 17th sep at the right place. anyone else waiting or got any advice?
