Well im almost ready to let this paperwork go off in the mail!  Could
you take a look over and let me know if im missing anything?

I want to marry my fiancé in China but the process of bringing her

We have received the I-797C, Notice of Action, for my wife's I-751.  It
includes this text:
   YOUR ALIEN CARD IS EXTENDED 12 MONTHS - EMPLOYMENT AND TRAVEL
   AUTHORIZED.

If a Canadian enters the US to visit without a passport (we still don't
need them to enter to visit) and then gets married while on that
visit... can they stay in the US and apply for residency? Without a
passport? I ask this because one of the forms mentions a valid passport
