This is the situation for me. I have to apply for removal of condition
for my wife before Dec 1, 2006 (she entered US on Dec 1, 2004). I have

AILA posted a memo from CIS to the ombudsman which, in part, included
their discussion of EAD for K-1's.  Part of the memo is not correct, but
that is just my opinion.  The relevant text with typos introduced by cut
& paste from a PDF to an ASCII block:

They ask for "last address at which you lived together".  Should this be
the current address if we now live together? Or should it still be the
last before the current one? In the first case there should be an option
from XXX - to present.

Hello, anybody have any experience with El Salvador?  K1 package arrived Aug
14 and no package 3.  Called Visa USA and they said average wait time is 2
months for #3 and another month for #4, and that is the best of
circumstances.....Are they reliable???? at about 3 bucks a ...
