It's a long story, but I'll cut to the chase.
My wife's I-485 will not be adjudicated for another 12-18 months. She
entered on a K-3 visa. It expired in Feb 2006. We have a pending I-131
but her mother is ill not life threatening but seriously ill.

Does anyone have any idea or experience of how long it is currently taking
the US London Embassy from receipt of documentation (police certificates
etc) to consular interview date?  We are trying to sort out church and
minister availability and its imposible without some idea of ...

we are a college group and the question as come up about the n400 to be
a citizen ...there was talk of a change and a new examination .... is
this gone by the way side or is there a new exam in the offering.
