Waiver of I-751 was approved on August 10th, I just got my new green card on the mail, about 40 days then after application was granted... the only problem is the category says CR-1 while the officer had written IR-6 on the passeport... not sure if that's a significant mistake...

I received an RFE from VSC for my I-751 application which I had submitted at the end of April. I had submitted quite a list of evidence of us having married and of living together in good faith and thought this would just do the trick. Well... did not work out.

I have been married to my wife for 5 months now but her visa has expired. When we went to file for her paper and to get her a work permit I was told I need to have 2 years of tax returns to help her. Does anyone know if that is true because for the past 3 years I did not file taxes ...

I thought I had it all figured out but I was just talking to a coworker who just got his GC after doing an AOS and I have a couple of questions. I came in on a K-3 and got my EAD. Both K-3 and EAD are still valid for another 8 months or so.
