I hope I am in the right forum. I came over on a CR1 with my son (CR2),
from England,  in July 2005. My son did not do well with school here and

Just checking the info. on the form and website. It says 330 filing fee
and 70 fingerprint fee. It says you can use a personal check. Couldn't
do that with my removal of conditions so just wanted to ask if anyone
knows for sure they'll take one.

The Chicago office is processing Feb 2006 I-131 forms (7 months!).  I
plan on filing the I-130, I-131, and I-485 concurrently.  My wife must
be home in (3.5 months from filing), I am told the filing of the I-485
allows her to stay.  But if the I-131 does not come back in time what
