I'm an American man married to a Brazilian woman who has been here
since August 14.  She was denied a visa to enter the USA so she applied
for and received a Portuguese passport because she was previously
married to a Portuguese citizen (widowed).

I think the subject says it all. If our marriage has dissolved during
the two years of CR1 status, and we are beginning divorce proceedings
two months prior to the I-751 Removal of Conditions, does anyone know

were married in America.  This has not been the policy since I know it

We've been here just under five weeks and have today received our 10yr
Green Cards in the mail! Even though we had the passport stamp., it is
just so thrilling to have the actual piece of plastic (in fact,
shouldn't it be renamed a 'green plastic'?!!) stating that we are
