Hi. I just returned about a week ago from staying with my boyfriend in
the US for two months. I flew out of Toronto, but I returned to Buffalo
and had a friend pick me up and take me back over the border. I can't
remember if they asked for ID on the way back, but I know from

My I-485 got approved last week.  The day after my interview I got an
email update that it was approved.  Two days after that I got a letter
in the mail saying "Welcome to the United States etc. etc".  It also
said that I should receive my card in the mail in 2-3 weeks.

I went to the interview in b-more today but they did not stamp my
passport, they said i had to wait for a decion in the mail, does this
mean i have been denied. aint they supposed to stamp your passport on
the spot if you are approved

This case was approved on October 3, 2006.  You should receive the
notice within 4-5 weeks.

my wife ran off after we had filed for removal of conditions
I should call immigration and let them know that the information
isnt correct and I understand from reading that she will have to
file again....

6 years ago I vacationed here from Australia and married a US citizen.
