Canadian on H1B but no I9416 Oct 2006 23:20 GMT1
I am a canadian citizen who just married to USC. I am planning on
filing I130 and I485 (and all other forms.) I am currently on H1B.
However, last time when I exited US to go to Canada, the airline agent
surrendered my I 94. On the way back, the immigration officer said

Center in January 2006, then received an RFE requesting further

1-My wife does not have the enough income to sponsor me. ...

Regarding the affidavits, it says they "must be supported by other types of
evidence listed above".  What does that mean?
