Hello again...its me...
well we have decided definately its a case of getting the K1, we are
thinking about lawyers - we have a friend who is studying law and she
knows a guy in manhattan, cant help thinking we could save the 2 grand

Just returned from my N-400 interview.  Arrived there at 12:30pm for a
1:00pm interview.  Checked in and waited.  Was called promptly at
1:00pm.  The officer was a gentleman in his 50s.  Very polite and kind
faced.  He lead me to his office and asked me to raise my right hand to

K1 automatically authorize employment, or NOT.  Looking at the following
document and a law firm site finds conflicting info.  Basically, we are
debating whether to go (out of the way) thru JFK to get the Temp 90 day
stamp.

widely excepted proof when the Last Name is different on GC and

I am contemplating a temporary 1-2 year position in Dubai.  I have been
trying to ascertain the implications on applying for citizenship.
Basically, I am married to a USC and 2 years and 2 weeks have elapsed
since I became a permanent resident.  Therefore, the earliest I can file

K1  visa holder (I-29F filed at TSC) comes to U.S. in May 2003, and
files I-485 at New Orleans office in January 2004, and adjustment
interview takes place in New Orleans office in December 2004.    The
interviewer at New Orleans has A-file.
