Had biometrics for I-485 back in June (as part of move to GC from H1B).
I didn't file the I-765 EAD until recently since my H1B is valid until
Feb and I was hoping AOS would be done by then. They've now asked me to
go for another biometrics for the I-765 application.

After 7 months waiting for an answer for my I-751 application, I get
nothing so I called the 1-800 #, they toke my information and told me
that NSC will contact me by mail, yesterday I got this letter from NSC:

I thought we'd share our experiences for the 751 so it would help other
people on here.
We got tired of not being able to see the status online and we just
called the 1800 number for USCIS. The lady that first got my call was
