My husband and I have been talking with a young woman over the internet
that is pregnant and  in her fifth month we wish to adopt her child ,is
it legal for her to come to the US for the remaining months and have

I sent my N400, it was delivered and the check was cashed, but I have
not received a letter or acceptance/receipt.
Should I contact somebody as USCIS?  If yes than who/where ?
