We just received a request for evidence today.  Now the problem is that they
want proof of us meeting within the last two years...prior to filing the
petition.  We live on the Cda/USA border and we don't have any travel
itineraries or airline tickets...nothing.  We commute back and ...

My wife(USC) and myself(UKC) currently have an approved I- 130 visa in
progress. I am currently in the USA visiting my wife for 90days on the
VWP. We have just received the form DS 230 from NVC,and are currently
ead biometric appointment22 Dec 2006 18:11 GMT1
   my husband just did his bimetric appointment code 3 for his i765 & i485 this mornig. That was on hartford Ct. it was a 10 min process.
   Does anybody knows when hi can received his ead.

Got an email from USCIS, and online status of I-751, kind of confused...22 Dec 2006 15:15 GMT5
We got an email from CIS which states:
"Receipt Number: WACxxxxxxxxxx
Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT
RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED
VSC I751 Approved22 Dec 2006 15:08 GMT12
I got an email yesterday saying my case was approved and to expect my
new card in 30 days.
My timeline is below, plus a list of the evidence we sent.
8/20 Filed I-751
Final Adjustment Of Status21 Dec 2006 21:16 GMT17
I am confused about the timeline for that.  The initial interview..if
succesful...does it constitute "final adjustment" ?  Or is there another
waiting period.  This is for a spouse, and I know about the two year
restriciton and need to apply to have it lifted.  But I am still not

does anybody knows what kind of evidence are they recuesting?...
