My wife and I submitted an I-751 to the TSC and we have a NOA date 1/23/2006. We have heard nothing back directly from the USCIS/TSC since the NOA. I have twice contacted my congressman's office to inquire the status and both times the status has come back as pending.

Can someone tell me what would happen if a TN Visa holder married a permanent resident? I would imagine that if the permanent resident holder sponsored the TN Visa holder for a green card, then difficulties with an immigration officer could occur when renewing the TN Visa. But
